I have studied Transactional Analysis for the last five years and continue to attend professional development and regular supervision in Organisational TA, as an Associate member of the IDTA (Institute of Developmental Transactional Analysis) and subscribe to the Ethics and Professional Practice Guidelines for the institute.
As well as working with larger organisations, I help ambitious small businesses grow too. I have also been a registered Investors in People practitioner and assessor for over 20 years and have helped more than 800 businesses achieve Investors in People accreditation.
